Any order placed with CADPLM™ is protected by our Secure Server using a GeoTrust Digital Certificate. All the personal information you provide to us, including your name, address and credit card number will be encrypted (true 128-bit encryption) to prevent unauthorized access of your information as it is relayed to us. Whenever you see one of these icons: or , you will know that our secure server is activated and your private information cannot be accessed by anyone but CADPLM in the processing of your order.
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet.

We use the latest Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt all your personal information, including credit card numbers, so they cannot be read during transmission over the Internet. See our Terms and Conditions for further information.
We accept Visa andMasterCard cards. We never charge your card until your product ships. This includes all backordered items.
When ordering a product, be sure that you enter the correct billing information or your order may be delayed. The credit card companies require that you enter your name as it appears on the front of the card, and the billing address.
All orders are shipped to your billing address unless you designate an alternate destination under Shipping Information on the Payment and Shipping Information Page during checkout.
